3. Credits and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are purchased through subscription plans or credit packs
  • Each AI operation consumes a specified number of credits
  • Unused credits roll over month to month while subscription is active
  • Failed operations are automatically refunded
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as a competing service

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload and create. You grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content: You own the AI-generated content created using your credits, subject to our acceptable use policies.

Our Platform: Nova Atlas AI, including our technology, features, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

To ensure service quality for all users, we implement:

  • Per-minute, hourly, and daily rate limits
  • Credit balance requirements before operations
  • Fair use monitoring to prevent abuse

Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions. Enterprise plans include higher limits and custom configurations.

7. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific results from AI-generated content
  • That content will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Atlas AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform will be revoked
  • Unused credits will be forfeited
  • Your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
